Watercolor Illustration
Illustrations are drawn in black ink first and then a beautiful wash of watercolor is added on professional acid-free watercolor paper. The size is 8”x10” and can easily fit in a standard size frame.

Process:
*Place your order
*Email a high quality photo of the home or venue as you would like it drawn to jenn@jenncollinsart.com
*Once I receive your photos, I’ll respond within 1-2 business days confirming I received your email and gather any additional details I might need in order to get started.
*After the initial pencil sketch is done, I will email you a photo for your approval before beginning the ink process and adding watercolor to complete the painting.
PLEASE NOTE:
High quality reference photos are preferred as they will show more details. If the photo is too dark, blurry, or low resolution it makes it harder to see these details.
It helps to be able to see the entire structure of the home or building. I can use photos from Google maps, Zillow, etc. if needed. Front facing angles tend to work best and I will draw the from the same angle as the reference photo.
*This is an artistic interpretation of the home or venue and not an exact replica. Colors may vary slightly from the reference photo.
SHIPPING DETAILS:
The artwork is shipped inside a clear bag and secured safely in a rigid cardboard mailer.
